BigBaller Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension and Closure

BigBaller reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy)

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, BigBaller is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Where an account is closed for any other reason, genuine funds held (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

9 Responsible Gaming
